Yup those are the blossoms. These ones are the white colored type. They are more popular as pink but are more common as white.

Another lantern shot. Sorry, it was sakura season so lots of sakura festivals which means a lot of lanterns especially if that festival includes a light-up (where places are being lit-up). Sakura is the Japanese term for cherry blossoms which is probably the national flower of Japan. The sakura only blooms for one week once [...]

The lights in the ceiling and sides are all sun-formed. This can probably be the shopping district in the kingdom of sun. But really, it’s a covered shopping walk in Nakano here in the Land of the Rising Sun. Close enough eh?
